Job Location: 4800 Odessa, TX
Work days/Shift Hours ? if applicable: Monday - Friday / 9:00AM - 6:00PM ( On call Sat - Sun every 3 weeks)
Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $27.39 to $34.04 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
General Purpose
Responsible for performing mechanical services on cold drink equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
\t- Maneuver equipment to perform all mechanical services on cold drink equipment including preventative maintenance.
\t- Keep all refrigeration equipment in proper operating condition.
\t- Maintain positive customer relationships.
\t- Prepare equipment in accordance with company standards.
\t- Ensure vehicle has appropriate levels of parts inventory.
\t- Maintain clean and safe work area.
Qualifications
\t- Education: High school diploma or GED required. Refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred.
\t- Experience: 0-3 years of general technical experience required. 1 plusyears of refrigeration/HVAC experience preferred. Plumbing and electro/mechanical experience. Prior diagnostic troubleshooting. Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude. Basic computer skills. Valid driver?s license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines. HVAC certification preferred.
