Job DetailsWhat You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and pre-harvest inspections on pumps, conveyors, motors, tanks, and other production equipment.
- Diagnose breakdowns, identify root causes, and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
- Support equipment setup and changeovers during production and harvest.
- Document maintenance work and communicate equipment needs with the team.
- Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout.
What We're Looking For
- Maintenance experience in a winery, beverage, food, or other manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of electrical systems.
- Ability to read equipment manuals and schematics and use common maintenance tools.
- A team-oriented approach and willingness to respond to changing production needs.
- Availability for additional hours during the seasonal harvest period.
