Job Description

This role involves leading and managing projects related to the installation of manufacturing capital equipment and the construction or upgrade of industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and drive the installation of a wide variety of manufacturing capital equipment.
Manage construction projects involving facility additions, modifications, and upgrades required to support new equipment installations.
Work as an engineer and project leader to resolve complex challenges involving manufacturing processes and facility requirements.
Coordinate project activities to ensure successful equipment installation, commissioning, and industrialization.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, construction, and other cross-functional teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree from an accredited university or college; or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing experience.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in engineering, industrial construction, equipment installation, or commissioning.
Experience with the installation of industrial equipment and/or construction of industrial facilities.
Strong project management, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

Experience managing industrial equipment installation projects.
Experience managing industrial construction, facility expansion, or facility upgrade projects.
Experience with equipment commissioning and manufacturing facility readiness.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and construction teams
