Key Responsibilities:
- Main Project:
- This role is responsible for leading the construction rollout of new retail locations while overseeing multiple projects through external construction vendors.
- The person acts as the internal owner of construction delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved designs, brand standards, and operational requirements.
- They coordinate closely with Design, Real Estate, Finance, Operations, and vendor construction teams, manage project schedules, budgets, purchase orders, change orders, and post-opening activities, and ensure consistent execution across a portfolio of retail locations.
- The ideal candidate has strong experience managing retail construction programs, vendor performance, project controls, and stakeholder communication, with proficiency in tools like Smartsheet and the ability to drive multiple concurrent projects to successful completion.

- Experience rolling out multiple retail stores (not just one-off construction projects)
- Managing external construction project managers and vendors
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost control experience
- Ability to oversee a portfolio of concurrent construction projects
- Excellent communication with Real Estate, Design, Operations, and Finance teams
- Experience with retail refreshes, remodels, and post-opening warranty/punch-list activities
