A well-established professional services firm is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide technical support to attorneys and staff in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative technology team while supporting critical business operations.
Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical support for desktop, laptop, mobile device, and software issues
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity problems
Support Microsoft 365 applications, Windows operating systems, and firm technology platforms
Set up and configure computers, peripherals, and user accounts
Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, including workstation deployment and access provisioning
Support conference room technology and audiovisual equipment
Document and track support requests through resolution
Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting attorneys and professional staff
Assist with technology upgrades, system implementations, and other IT projects as needed

Qualifications

2+ years of IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support experience
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
Experience with Active Directory, user account administration, and hardware troubleshooting preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Experience supporting a law firm or professional services environment is highly preferred
