ROLE_DESCRIPTION
Review features and user stories to identify edge cases, negative scenarios, and requirement gaps before development. · Strengthen acceptance criteria and readiness quality, ensuring business scenarios and logic are explicit and testable. · Partner with Engineering and QA to define behavior-driven scenarios (BDDs) and test cases, including combination coverage. · Support validation and readiness activities through delivery and go-live, confirming scenario coverage and environment readiness. · Triage defects as they arise, reproducing and characterizing issues and providing clear risk framing to support timely decisions. · Act as a consultant to Product Owners on feature and user-story authoring, improving requirement quality across the team. · Document edge cases, test scenarios, and business logic into reusable artifacts that strengthen team knowledge over time.

complex, highly integrated technology solutions.
