Hands-on experience configuring benefit plans in a benefits administration platform.

Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.

Strong understanding of benefit plan configuration, business rules, and eligibility management.

Experience supporting system testing, defect analysis, and production issue resolution.
