IDR is seeking an AI-Native Quality Engineer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves advancing AI-driven testing workflows within an innovative organization focused on software quality assurance and automation technology. The position offers the chance to contribute to cutting-edge AI-native testing processes in a dynamic environment.
Position Overview for the AI-Native Quality Engineer:
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated testing frameworks for enterprise software applications.
Use AI tools and agents to generate test cases, automate testing activities, and enhance test coverage.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business workflows into meaningful test scenarios.
Review and validate AI-generated test scripts and results to ensure software quality and performance.
Support the broader transition toward AI-native software delivery, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements for the AI-Native Quality Engineer:
Strong hands-on experience with automated software testing, including building and maintaining test suites.
Practical experience with AI-assisted testing tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, or similar AI agents.
Proficiency in test automation frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, or comparable tools.
Adept in programming languages used for automation such as TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, Java, or Python.
Ability to validate application functionality across multiple layers, including UI, API, and integration testing.
