Summary

Position Summary

Client is seeking a Business Analyst to support initiatives involving enterprise source systems (SAP).
The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements with technical source system data/processes, working closely with IT, functional, and business stakeholders.

Experience Required

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Prior experience working with / on Johnson & Johnson (ex-JNJ) good to have
Hands-on exposure to enterprise source systems — SAP

Key Responsibilities

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to source system data and processes
Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical/IT teams for SAP
Support data mapping, validation, and reconciliation across source systems
Assist with process documentation, functional specifications, and testing (UAT) for source-system-related changes
Identify gaps/issues across source systems and support resolution alongside technical teams
Support reporting and analytics needs drawing from SAP source data

Required Skills

Strong Business Analyst fundamentals — requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder management
Working knowledge of SAP (e.g., modules/instances such as ANS, ATL, BBA, BBL, HCS, HMD, HM2)
Ability to translate business needs into functional/technical requirements
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience with UAT, data validation, or system implementation/migration projects a plus

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in pharma/life sciences or other regulated industry environments Familiarity with ERP data migration, consolidation, or system integration projects
