Role: .NET with Argo
Location: Remote
Rate: hourly on W2 + benefits
Long term contract
Position Summary: Join a team addressing outstanding application concerns and security vulnerabilities across the Frontier AI remediation program. This role is best suited to a hands-on C#/.NET developer who can work effectively in a legacy application environment, make targeted code changes, and interact confidently with SQL-backed systems.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
· Review existing applications and implement targeted fixes for outstanding concerns and vulnerabilities.
· Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain applications written in C# and the .NET Framework.
· Work within legacy Web Forms applications and learn unfamiliar portions of the codebase quickly.
· Query SQL databases, inspect application data, and perform basic field updates when required.
· Collaborate with the engineering team to validate fixes and move remediation work toward completion.
· Support API-related development or integration work when assigned.
Must-Have Qualifications
· Professional experience developing in C# and .NET; approximately two or more years is preferred for this level.
· Working SQL knowledge, including querying tables and performing basic data updates.
· Ability to read, debug, and modify an established application codebase.
· Comfort working independently in a fully remote, delivery-focused environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
· Web Forms experience, especially with older or legacy applications.
· Experience building or supporting APIs.
· Experience with Argo Data Resource or related Argo banking technology.
Ideal Background
· A practical application developer with a solid C#/.NET foundation, basic database fluency, and the patience to work productively in mature or dated technology stacks.
