Role Overview

This role bridges the gap between business problems and technology solutions by defining technical vision, selecting frameworks, and leading development teams. You will design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise software solutions while providing technical governance and mentorship to engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design: Define technical architectures for web, desktop, and cloud applications using modern microservices and monolithic patterns.
Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and choose appropriate .NET and Java tools, programming frameworks, databases, and third-party libraries.
Cloud Strategy: Design cloud-native strategies on Microsoft Azure, covering SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS solutions.
Standards & Governance: Establish coding rules, security protocols, and DevOps guidelines for the engineering team.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and mentor senior developers.
Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex business requirements into clear technical designs for non-technical leadership.
Enterprise Delivery: Design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise software solutions from conception to deployment.

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in an architectural or technical lead capacity.
Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
