Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven IT Sales or Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in IT sales and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored IT solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and expand the client base.
- Client Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective and existing customers.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
- Pipeline Management: Accurately forecast sales pipelines and maintain records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including technical and support staff, to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor''''s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5+ years of experience in IT sales with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Solid background in new client acquisition in IT staffing.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, including cloud computing, software solutions, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
