Major Responsibilities:- Prioritize issues of varying severity, and effectively manage the resolution or escalation of all issues within accepted service levels.
- Application configuration and implementation with a heavy focus on Linux.
- Manage cases efficiently within our ticketing system.
- Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Update managers and management team on ticket status as required.
- Includes working with Cloud tools such as Apache, Tomcat, Zabbix, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SALT, SQLDeveloper, Apache Directory Studio, and VMWare.
- Operating systems include Linux and Windows
- Must be available to work occasional nights and weekends to support after-hours configuration changes and scheduled monthly maintenance activities.
