About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Cloud Support Engineer to join our technology team. In this role, you will support cloud infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, monitor applications and services, and work closely with engineering teams to maintain reliable and scalable cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor cloud infrastructure, applications, and services.

• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues.

• Support AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform environments.

• Assist with cloud deployments and configuration.

• Analyze system logs and performance metrics.

• Support incident resolution and root-cause analysis.

• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

• Collaborate with development, security, and infrastructure teams.

• Assist with automation and infrastructure improvements.

Qualifications
