Conversion Analyst

The role we are hiring for is client facing and more around documentation of how data will be converted and data analysis/auditing. It is for 401k plan conversions. The candidates were either benefits administration - helping employees enroll or help with paychecks, or they were programmers. We're somewhere in the middle. They need to have solid understanding of how 401(k)s are record kept and or how they operate. This is non-technical so we don't need SQL, or Data Analyst / visualization people
