Job Description:
We are seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented PLM Sales Hunter to
drive large-scale Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) services growth across North
America. This is a strategic business development role focused on acquiring new logos and
expanding strategic accounts through transformational PLM engagements centered around
PTC Windchill, while leveraging opportunities across Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault
ENOVIA, Aras, and other PLM ecosystems.
The ideal candidate is a proven rainmaker with deep relationships across Engineering,
Manufacturing, Digital Transformation, Product Development, and IT organizations within
large industrial enterprises. They possess the ability to engage confidently at the C-Suite
level and consistently create, shape, and close large transformation programs valued
between $5M-$10M+ TCV annually.
This individual will play a pivotal role in positioning Birlasoft as a strategic Digital Engineering
and Manufacturing partner across Product Engineering, Digital Thread, Smart
Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, ALM, IoT, and Product Compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Pipeline Growth
• Own new business development and hunting efforts across the US industrial,
manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, energy, medical devices, and high-tech
sectors.
• Create and execute strategic account plans targeting Fortune 1000 and Global 2000
organizations.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline capable of supporting annual bookings
targets exceeding $10M-$20M.
• Consistently originate and close 1-2 large transformational deals annually, each
valued between $5M-$10M+ TCV.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from opportunity creation through
deal closure.
Required Qualifications
Experience
• 15+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• Minimum 10+ years selling PLM, Engineering Transformation, Digital Engineering,
Manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 solutions.
• Demonstrated experience selling PTC-centric programs and services.
• Proven ability to originate and close large transformation programs valued at $5M
$10M+.
• Strong understanding of PLM implementation, migration, modernization, cloud
transformation, and managed services.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience primarily with PTC and others like Siemens, Dassault, Aras, or a
leading PLM services organization.
• Experience selling Digital Engineering, Product Development Transformation
programs, Product Engineering Services and Smart Manufacturing.
• Strong relationships within the PTC ecosystem.
• MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
