Summary

Job Description:

Position Summary We are seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented PLM Sales Hunter to drive large-scale Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) services growth across North America. This is a strategic business development role focused on acquiring new logos and expanding strategic accounts through transformational PLM engagements centered around PTC Windchill, while leveraging opportunities across Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault ENOVIA, Aras, and other PLM ecosystems.

The ideal candidate is a proven rainmaker with deep relationships across Engineering, Manufacturing, Digital Transformation, Product Development, and IT organizations within large industrial enterprises. They possess the ability to engage confidently at the C-Suite level and consistently create, shape, and close large transformation programs valued between $5M-$10M+ TCV annually.

Required Qualifications

Experience

15+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
Minimum 10+ years selling PLM, Engineering Transformation, Digital Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 solutions.
Demonstrated experience selling PTC-centric programs and services.
Proven ability to originate and close large transformation programs valued at $5M-$10M+.
Strong understanding of PLM implementation, migration, modernization, cloud transformation, and managed services.

Domain Knowledge

Strong understanding of:

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Development Lifecycle, Engineering Change Management, CAD Data Management, Digital Thread & Digital Twin, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Product Compliance
Connected Products, Smart Manufacturing and Industrial IoT

Industry Experience

Experience selling into one or more industries:

Industrial Manufacturing
Automotive & Mobility
Aerospace & Defense
Energy & Utilities
High-Tech Electronics
Medical Devices & Life Sciences
