Job Title: PLM/MES Business Development/ Sales - PLM Sales Hunter

Location: 100% Remote, USA

Job Type: Full Time Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PLM Sales Hunter with a proven track record of driving new business and closing large-scale Digital Engineering and PLM transformation deals. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PTC Windchill and strong relationships within Fortune 1000 manufacturing organizations. This role is focused on acquiring new clients, building executive relationships, and delivering multi-million-dollar PLM transformation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive new logo acquisition and strategic account growth across North America.
Sell enterprise PLM and Digital Engineering solutions centered on PTC Windchill, with exposure to Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault ENOVIA, and Aras.
Build and manage a pipeline of $30M $50M+ and close $5M $10M+ transformation deals.
Engage with C-level executives, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Digital Transformation leaders.
Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to develop winning proposals.
Represent the organization at industry events and strengthen partner relationships with PTC, Siemens, and Dassault.

Required Skills & Experience:

15+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
10+ years selling PLM, Digital Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 solutions.
Strong expertise in PTC Windchill and PLM transformation services.
Proven success closing enterprise deals valued at $5M $10M+.
Strong understanding of Digital Thread, ALM, Smart Manufacturing, Industrial IoT, and Cloud PLM.
Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

Preferred:

Experience with Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault ENOVIA, Aras, or other PLM platforms.
Strong relationships within the PTC ecosystem.
MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.
