RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Field/Site Readiness Consultant.
Responsibilities:
* Support pilot readiness and field validation activities for the 5 pilot sites
* Participate in multiple pilot-site visits during the field validation window, subject to client site readiness, scheduling, and travel approval
* Coordinate with client and site leadership on pilot-site readiness activities, onsite logistics, site access, safety requirements, and site-level feedback capture
* Observe agreed pilot-site data collection activities and capture field feedback, user questions, support needs, site-level barriers, and adoption risks
* Work directly with field users, site managers, site leadership, and other operational stakeholders as appropriate
* Document site-level barriers, field usability themes, adoption risks, common friction points, user questions, support needs, and escalation needs
* Validate how data collection activities fit into normal field operations, including work-order assignment, photo capture, review, rework, approval, and closure processes
* Identify where field workflow friction, site constraints, tool usability issues, or support gaps may create adoption risks
* Provide input into the Data Collection Adoption Playbook based on pilot-site observations and field feedback
* Provide input into the Issue Handling and Reporting Approach based on site-level issues, recurring questions, escalation needs, and practical field support considerations
* Translate field observations into practical playbook inputs, site readiness recommendations, escalation needs, and rollout considerations
* Support Phase 2 planning by identifying where remote support may be sufficient and where targeted onsite support may be needed
* Share timely field observations with the Engagement/Delivery Lead, Readiness & Enablement Consultant, and Playbook, Change & Reporting Analyst to support weekly progress, milestone deliverables, and feedback loops
REQUIREMENTS:
* 8-12+ years of overall experience, with 4+ years in field operations, site deployment, field adoption, maintenance operations, operational rollout support, or user-facing deployment support
* Strong operational credibility and ability to understand how work actually gets done at field/site level
* Experience working with field users, technicians, site managers, operations teams, or geographically distributed site teams
* Experience with field readiness, site deployment, technician workflow, adoption risks, issue escalation, and site-level coordination
* Comfortable with travel to pilot sites and onsite support expectations, including up to 3 onsite business days per pilot site when approved and scheduled
* Strong ability to observe user workflows, ask practical questions, capture field feedback, and document site-level barriers clearly
* Ability to identify adoption risks, usability issues, support needs, and recurring friction points without taking ownership of technical resolution or operational decisions
* Strong communication skills with both field users and remote project stakeholders
* Ability to follow site safety requirements and stay within a non-technical support/observation role
* Ability to work in an environment where documentation, site details, stakeholder inputs, and workplan details may be refined during kickoff and early discovery
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
