Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Financial Managers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Advise collegiate athletics organizations on revenue strategies across ticketing, sponsorships, multimedia rights, licensing, retail, merchandise, membership, donor development, and other revenue opportunities.
- Lead or support engagement workstreams involving financial analysis, pricing, inventory management, sales and retention strategies, and operating model assessments.
- Develop benchmarking, analytical frameworks, and data-driven recommendations based on market conditions, conference dynamics, and industry trends.
- Support business development, proposal development, client presentations, thought leadership, and mentoring of engagement teams on revenue generation methodologies.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
8+ years of experience in collegiate or professional sports revenue generation, ticket sales, sponsorship, commercial leadership, or related revenue-focused operations, with the ability to translate operating experience into client-facing advisory work.
