We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Java Angular Developer / Technical Lead for a Contract-to-Hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java 21, Spring Boot, Angular/React, Oracle, NoSQL databases, Kafka, and DevOps/CI/CD practices. Candidates with prior experience in the banking or financial services industry are highly preferred.
Lead the design and development of end-to-end full stack applications using Java 17/21+, Spring Boot, and Angular/React.
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise application integrations.
Define backend and frontend architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and development best practices.
Develop responsive and high-performance UI components using Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, or React.
Implement event-driven architectures and messaging solutions using Apache Kafka.
Work with Oracle and NoSQL databases to design efficient data models and optimize queries.
Implement automated unit, integration, and component testing using JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine, Karma, or Jest.
Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and deployment processes.
Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, performance, logging, and monitoring.
Conduct code reviews, technical design reviews, and mentor development teams.
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, QA engineers, and platform teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in sprint planning, effort estimation, production support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
