Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior AI-Driven Full Stack / Platform Engineer with 5–7 years of software engineering experience to design and build modern, scalable engineering platforms and AI-powered development solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend, frontend, full-stack development, cloud computing, platform engineering, and AI/LLM application development. You will work with technologies such as Java, Python, Golang, Angular, React, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, while leveraging emerging AI capabilities including Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, MCP, and AI-assisted software development.
This role will focus on improving developer productivity, engineering efficiency, automation, reusable platforms, and self-service capabilities across the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend, frontend, and full-stack applications.
- Build reusable APIs, SDKs, shared services, components, and engineering frameworks.
- Develop and integrate AI/LLM-powered applications and engineering solutions.
- Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and AI-enabled workflows.
- Work with Agentic AI, MCP, AI development frameworks, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Develop cloud-native solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Contribute to platform engineering initiatives focused on self-service capabilities and developer productivity.
- Build internal platform products, developer tools, automation frameworks, and reusable services.
- Design scalable and reliable software architectures and contribute to overall technical strategy.
- Implement SDLC automation, release automation, CI/CD workflows, and engineering workflow automation.
- Establish and enforce engineering standards, coding best practices, architectural principles, and development guardrails.
- Improve operational efficiency through automation and intelligent engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, DevOps, product, and platform teams to deliver scalable solutions.
