Role: React JS Full Stack Senior Developer / Architect
Location Raritan, NJ Hybrid
Long term contract
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React JS and modern front-end frameworks.
Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components while ensuring a seamless user experience across devices and browsers.
Develop and maintain back-end services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Node.js, Java, or similar server-side technologies.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, designers, and QA teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in application architecture, technical design discussions, and code reviews.
Provide development support, triage production issues, and resolve defects across various environments.
Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Integrate front-end applications with back-end services, databases, and third-party platforms.
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and automated test scripts to ensure application quality.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to enable efficient software delivery.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, technical innovation, and adoption of emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in full stack application development.
Strong hands-on experience with React JS, JavaScript, Java, Spring, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience developing back-end applications using Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, or similar technologies.
Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs and web services.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
Strong understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
Experience with Git, source control management, and collaborative development workflows.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
Knowledge of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Bitbucket.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
Understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and performance optimization techniques.
Experience working with enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems.
Experience in a validated life sciences or healthcare environment is highly desirable.
