Responsibilities:
- Supporting Oracle Field Service transformation programs for clients, including process redesign, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live adoption
- Collaborating across business, technology, and client teams to align priorities and solve complex problems.
- Leading scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, and user story development for OFS workstreams.
- Providing hands-on training and enabling long-term adoption.
- Analyzing requirements for scheduling, dispatch, mobile workforce, routing, capacity, and field execution.
- Executing cutover activities, deployment readiness, and change enablement.
Typical Skills & Experience:
- Technical: Oracle Fusion Field Service configuration, integration, and API use; mobile app navigation; routing and dispatch tools.
- Functional: Understanding of field service processes, service order management, and mobile workforce execution.
- Consulting: Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills; experience with scrum and agile delivery.
- Industry Knowledge: Often utility or manufacturing field service operations.
Work Environment & Expectations
Work may be performed in an office, hybrid, or fully remote environment depending on client requirements and business needs. Travel may be required based on project assignments and client engagements. Extended hours may occasionally be required during critical project milestones, testing, deployment, go-live, or production stabilization activities.
