Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Requirements Management-

• Lead requirement discovery workshops with business stakeholders, underwriting teams, operations teams and SMEs.
• Elicit, analyze, document and validate business requirements for Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations and enhancements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases and clear acceptance criteria.- Perform fit-gap analysis between current-state processes and Guidewire out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Recommend optimal Guidewire-aligned business solutions while minimizing unnecessary customization.

Guidewire PolicyCenter Functional Leadership

• Act as functional SME for Guidewire PolicyCenter across policy administration lifecycle areas.
• Support solution definition for new business, quote, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements and policy servicing.
• Contribute to product model discussions including coverages, forms, rating factors, underwriting rules and business rules.
• Collaborate with Guidewire configuration and integration teams during development and solution validation.
• Review functional design outputs and ensure traceability to approved business requirements.

Stakeholder & Delivery Management

• Manage communication between business and technology teams with clear, structured updates.
• Facilitate requirements walkthroughs, solution reviews and decision-making discussions.
• Support product owners in backlog prioritization and sprint readiness.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to reusable functional assets for the Guidewire practice.

Testing, Release & Production Support-

• Support SIT, UAT and production validation activities from a business functionality perspective.
• Review test scenarios and test cases to ensure adequate business coverage.
• Coordinate defect triage, impact assessment and business validation.- Support release planning, go-live readiness, cutover checkpoints and hypercare activities.
