Job Title: Product Owner – Guidewire Claims
• 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Business Analyst with strong expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter and Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog, gather business requirements, and translate them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and Scrum teams to deliver ClaimCenter enhancements and integrations.
• Strong understanding of claims lifecycle, FNOL, claim adjudication, payments, reserves, recoveries, and Guidewire configuration capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with excellent stakeholder management, communication, and product delivery skills.
