JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Digital Engagement Specialist helps bring Clients's innovation story to life by transforming complex product, business, and technical concepts into clear, polished and visually engaging content. As part of the Digital Experience team within Clients's Products, Partnerships, and Innovation organization, this role helps create high-quality presentations, infographics, SharePoint content, and other creative assets that make complex ideas easy to understand and compelling to share.
The Digital Experience team owns the messaging, content strategy, and visual direction behind ABM's technology products and innovation initiatives, including ABM Connect. Working under the guidance of the Digital Engagement Manager, the Digital Engagement Specialist executes that strategy by turning rough ideas, stakeholder input, and technical information into well-written, visually refined deliverables. This role collaborates closely with product managers, UX designers, marketing partners, and technology stakeholders while independently managing assigned projects from draft through final delivery.
Success in this role requires a strong eye for visual communication, the ability to write clear, concise business content, and confidence working with minimal direction. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities while consistently producing polished, brand-aligned work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop client-facing presentations, executive decks, infographics, and related assets that help teams communicate ideas with clarity, confidence, and impact
- Turn rough outlines, data inputs, and stakeholder feedback into solid drafts with strong structure and visual logic
- Maintain content libraries, organizing assets, and supporting scalable access to team materials
- Supports the creation of visual assets that help communicate product news, technology pilots, and other innovation initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders across product, UX, marketing, and technology to elevate the quality of team deliverables
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Communications, or other related field preferred
- Creative portfolio showing past work examples is required
Experience:
- 2 4 years of professional experience in visual communications, content writing, presentation design, graphic design, multimedia design or a related creative field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating information design, visual storytelling, and the ability to translate ideas into clear, engaging content, supported by solid writing and editing skills
- Experience managing multiple projects independently, incorporating feedback, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, and design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
- Readiness to leverage AI and AI-assisted design tools to improve content creation and production efficiency
Preferred
- Background in B2B technology, enterprise software, complex products, or another environment requiring the visualization of abstract or technical ideas
- Experience with any motion design and/or animation is a bonus
