Job Description:

Total Experience: 15+ years.
Kinaxis Experience: 10+ years (end-to-end implementations & transformations).
Role Depth: Architect / Lead Designer / Technical Functional Authority.
Program Type: Large global rollouts, complex landscapes, COE models.

Core Responsibilities

Own end-to-end Kinaxis solution architecture across demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and S&OP/IBP.
Define target state architecture aligned to business strategy and planning maturity.
Drive architectural decisions covering:

Data model design.
Planning logic & scenarios.
Integration patterns.
Performance & scalability.

Lead solution design authority across projects and operations.
Review and approve functional and technical designs.
Establish architecture standards, best practices, and governance models.
Ensure consistency across enhancements, rollouts, and regional deployments.
Own Kinaxis integration strategy with ERP and upstream/downstream systems.
Define data flow, latency, reconciliation, and error handling principles.
Ensure high availability, performance, and platform stability.
Partner with business leaders to translate enterprise planning needs into scalable Kinaxis designs.
Guide delivery teams through complex implementations and upgrades.
Oversee UAT strategy, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.
Support post go-live stabilization and value realization.
Act as primary Kinaxis architectural advisor to senior stakeholders.
Support roadmap definition, solution evaluation, and estimations.
Provide thought leadership on supply chain planning transformations.

Kinaxis data model & schema design.
Interface & integration frameworks.
Large data volume handling.
Performance tuning & optimization.
Upgrade & release management.

Good to Have

Kinaxis certification(s).
SAP ECC / S/4HANA integration experience.
COE / Global template ownership.
Manufacturing.
Pre-sales or solution strategy exposure.

Key Responsibilities

To bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives.
To spearhead the architecture, design, and development (through a high-performing team) of innovative solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices, architectural standards, simultaneously establish and enforce governance/compliance measures.
To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
