Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect who can work across diverse technology environments and connect business needs with practical architecture solutions. The ideal candidate thinks independently, communicates clearly with business and technical stakeholders, and can demonstrate broad experience with data applications and enterprise challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate enterprise architecture strategies, roadmaps, and solution designs.
• Assess business challenges and translate them into practical architecture recommendations.
• Work across different platforms, technologies, and environments without relying on a single vendor or stack.
• Evaluate data applications and technologies based on business needs, integration requirements, and enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with business leaders, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to align architecture with organizational goals.
• Document architecture decisions, principles, standards, and roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, data usage, and technology alignment.
• Present architecture concepts and recommendations clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

Required Qualifications

• TOGAF certification required.
• Hands-on experience with ARDOQ required.
• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a comparable architecture role.
• Broad, technology-agnostic experience across multiple environments, platforms, or technology stacks.
• Experience with data applications and the ability to evaluate them in the context of business challenges.
• Strong independent thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to explain architecture decisions and demonstrate relevant experience on a résumé.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating enterprise architecture roadmaps and governance practices.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation or modernization initiatives.
• Ability to balance business priorities, technical feasibility, risk, and long-term enterprise needs.
