Kinaxis RapidResponse Solution Architect - Remote

We are looking to hire a Freelance Kinaxis Rapid Response Consultant / Solution Architect for a long term 12 month+ contract assignment that can be done 100% remotely. The client time zone is Eastern Time Zone in the US.  The Solutions Consultant provides expert guidance on Kinaxis Rapid Response

JOB DESCRIPTION:   

• 7+ years of experience building applications using Kinaxis Technology 
• 2 lifecycle Kinaxis implementations integrating with Oracle E-business Suite applications.
• Experience of implementing Kinaxis for High Tech and Manufacturing Industry client.
• Must have extensive experience in Supply Chain Planning – min 10 years.\
• Must have experience with at least 2 Kinaxis Rapid Response implementations
• Experience configuring solutions in Rapid Response and creating workbooks & reports
• Experience managing user roles and security
• Ability to explain functionality in RR and explain the plan outputs based on configurations
• Well experienced in creating and highly presentable user documentation and training documentation
• Experience training end users on Rapid Response is a must.

• Kinaxis integration with Oracle EBS Product Suite and other Java applications.

• Understand business needs, support / maintenance, enhancements, Bug fixes, Testing
• Requirement Gathering, Business Requirement Document.
• Liaison with Other teams, Co-ordination with Offshore Teams for custom development.
• Client facing discussions.
• Fit Gap, Solutioning, Technical Design, Functional Testing, Cutover, Conversions.
• Go Live and Production Support.

• 5+yrs hands on configuration and/or developer on Kinaxis Rapid Response
• Configure the system to support business requirements, design / configure different seeded resources like worksheets, Alerts, Metrics, scorecards, etc.
• Design and develop technical/functional specifications,
• Strong functional Rapid Response application:
• Modules like
• Supply Planning,
• Forecasting & Demand Planning,
• ATP, Aggregate Supply Planning,
• Capacity Planning,
• Attribute Based Planning
• S&OP Sales & Operations Planning.
• Understand end to end supply chain planning on Demand planning, Supply Planning and S&OP
• Experience in analytics tools such as QlikView & Qlik Sense
• Understand requirements and configure customized solutions in Kinaxis Rapid Response
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Support production tickets L2/L3
• Well versed with Change Management process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s engineering, supply chain management
• Certifications – a plus!! APICS-CPIM, CSCP
• 7+years’ supply chain management
• functional knowledge in at least one area of supply chain planning:
• Operations, 
• demand planning,
• supply planning, 
• inventory optimization, 

logistics optimization

supplier network optimization
