Solution Architect - Kinaxis Maestro

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Kinaxis Maestro Technical Project Manager / Solution Architect to lead technical solution design, system integration, application support, and continuous improvement initiatives for enterprise supply chain planning solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Kinaxis Maestro (formerly RapidResponse), supply chain planning processes, and integration with SAP S/4HANA. This role combines technical architecture, project coordination, troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure reliable system performance and successful delivery of business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture and Technical Leadership

• Lead technical solution design and architecture for Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse implementations and enhancements.
• Design scalable solutions aligned with enterprise supply chain planning requirements.
• Guide Kinaxis configuration, data modeling, automation, and technical troubleshooting.
• Define technical approaches for platform enhancements, integrations, and future roadmap initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.

System Integration and Data Management

• Design, implement, and support integrations between Kinaxis Maestro, SAP S/4HANA, and other enterprise supply chain applications.
• Ensure accurate and reliable data exchange across integrated systems.
• Manage data mappings, integration processes, and data validation activities.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, data inconsistencies, and system connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with SAP and enterprise application teams to resolve technical dependencies.

Application Support and Continuous Improvement

• Provide technical support for Kinaxis applications, including incident investigation and resolution.
• Manage application enhancements, configuration changes, and technical updates.
• Analyze root causes of recurring incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain application stability, performance, and data integrity.
• Support testing, release coordination, and continuous platform improvement initiatives.

Project Coordination and Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate technical activities, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across project teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, solution architects, and IT professionals.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Communicate project status, technical risks, issues, and recommended solutions.
• Support roadmap planning, prioritization, and delivery of future enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse solution architecture, configuration, or technical support.
• Solid understanding of supply chain planning processes and enterprise planning systems.
• Experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of Kinaxis data models, data integration, configuration, and automation.
• Proven experience troubleshooting application, integration, and data-related issues.
• Experience coordinating technical projects, enhancements, or application delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams in a cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise supply chain planning implementations or transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with SAP supply chain processes and enterprise data integration.
• Experience with application lifecycle management, release planning, testing, and production support.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Experience with technical documentation, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
