Summary

Role: L&A BA

Location: Remote

Contract

Need part time 10 -20 hours per week

Responsibilities

Act as the annuity domain SME across the lifecycle ? new business, servicing, and payouts.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the modernization scope.
Support solution design, UAT, and defect resolution alongside dev and QA teams.
Liaise between business stakeholders and the technical team to keep priorities aligned.

Must Have

Solid annuity domain expertise (Fixed, Variable, Indexed).
Experience with policy administration and the end-to-end annuity lifecycle.
Strong requirement analysis and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred

Experience on platform modernization / core-system transformation programs.
Exposure to PolicyLink policy admin system (a plus, not mandatory).

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery
