Summary

Java/JEE Developer to design and develop MeF Mod microservices using Springboot, KAFKA, JAX-Rest Services, JPA/Hibernate, and RedHat OpenShift. Perform Unit and Integration tests. Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain Java components as needed.

Responsibilities

Design and develop Java/JEE components using KAFKA, Spring Rest Services, Spring Boot - 70%
Perform unit and development level integration testing as needed - 20%
Perform code maintenance based on needs of Client testing, Customer testing, and production issues - 10%

Engineering Workflow Management (EWM), formerly Rational Team Concert (RTC)
Java/JEE microservices development with Spring REST and Spring Boot - 8 years
Integrate KAFKA for Event Driven Workflows - 4 years
KAFKA Administration - 2 years
Development using AI tools such as Claude Code - 1 year
RedHat OpenShift Container platform - 4 years
Develop automated unit tests with JUnit - 4 years
Eclipse or Spring Tool Suite or JBoss studio - 4 years
