The good news is he is willing to open this up to remote EST is still preferred and Philly area is top preference, but he is open to remote candidates.
Position Description:
Gather and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and process improvements.
Manage and maintain the product backlog, priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate delivery activities across discovery, development, testing, releases, and production support.
Partner with engineering, data, QA, operations, finance, merchandising, supply chain, and external vendors to drive solutions and resolve issues.
Support testing, defect management, release readiness, production stabilization, and root cause analysis.
Identify opportunities to improve data quality, automation, operational efficiency, and business processes.
Assist with vendor management, system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing platform support.
Maintain documentation, controls, audit support materials, and operational reporting.

Required Skills:
- 8+ years in Experience in product management, business analysis, product ownership, retail systems, or a closely related role.
- Experience with inventory, sales audit, invoice matching, accounts payable, receiving, merchandising, or retail financial processes.
- Experience documenting business requirements, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
- Ability to coordinate work across business and technology teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience working with enterprise retail or financial systems and integrations.
- Ability to work effectively in an agile or structured delivery environment.
- Experience with Oracle Retail, including RMS, ReSA, ReIM, and ELC/ALC.
- Retail, CPG, or multi-banner experience.
BONUS
- Experience with DSD receiving, transfers, invoice matching, sales audit, inventory accounting, or retail integration processes.
- Experience coordinating with software vendors, system integrators, or application support partners.
- Familiarity with Jira, Aha!, Excel, Power BI, Databricks, or similar product and analytics tools.
- Experience supporting application upgrades, platform stabilization, data-quality improvements, or business-process transformation.
