Data & Analytics Product Manager – Tampa, FL

Location: Tampa, FL
Job Type: Contract

We are looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Product Manager to manage data products and analytics initiatives, working closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the data and analytics roadmap, product backlog, priorities, and delivery.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements and user stories.
Partner with data engineering, architecture, BI, and business teams to deliver data solutions.
Support the development and management of ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, and transformation processes.
Work with SQL, data warehouses, data lakes, and cloud analytics platforms.
Support dashboards and reporting using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle Analytics.
Help drive data governance, data quality, and data product adoption.
Communicate product updates, insights, and roadmap progress to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, Data Engineering, or related fields.
2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis.
Strong SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data pipeline experience.
Experience with Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or similar cloud data platforms.
Experience working in Agile/Hybrid environments with backlog and sprint management.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Oracle Fusion/ERP experience is a plus.
