Technical Expertise
Hands-on experience proven experience architecting and implementing Oracle Access Governance (OAG).
Minimum 2 implementations and 5 years of experience required.
Strong implementation experience of OAG, across Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle EPM, and Oracle Cloud (OCI) security models
Practical experience integrating Workday as an authoritative identity source
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and LDAP integrations
Experience with middleware/integration platforms
Solid understanding of identity correlation, account-matching, and reconciliation techniques
Governance & Lifecycle Management
Experience configuring provisioning and de-provisioning workflows
Familiarity with Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle integration requirements
Ability to identify and resolve orphaned or unmatched accounts
Understanding of entitlement synchronization and access governance accuracy requirements
Delivery & Support
Experience developing reusable onboarding patterns and integration templates
Strong troubleshooting skills for connector failures and synchronization issues
Experience with integration automation and operational monitoring
Ability to work effectively in an offshore delivery model, coordinating with onshore architects and stakeholders
Experience Level
6 7 years of experience in Identity & Access Management or IAM/IGA integration roles
Prior hands-on experience with at least one Oracle IGA/OAG or comparable identity governance implementation
