Job Title: Senior Oracle Fusion OTL Functional Consultant
Location: Torrance, CA / Remote with 25% Travel
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Travel: Up to 25%, reimbursable

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion OTL Functional Consultant with strong experience in Oracle Time and Labor and related Workforce Management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud OTL functional implementation activities.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Configure Oracle Time and Labor.
  • Define time entry, approval and validation rules.
  • Configure time calculation and time processing rules.
  • Work with Payroll, HR, Projects and Finance teams.
  • Support integration of time data with other Oracle Cloud modules.
  • Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation.
  • Support SIT, UAT and production readiness.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues.
  • Conduct user training and knowledge transfer.
  • Support data migration and validation activities.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of Oracle Time and Labor experience.
  • Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud OTL experience.
  • Experience with:
    • Time Entry
    • Time Cards
    • Time Calculation
    • Time Validation
    • Approval Workflows
    • Time Rules
    • Time Processing
    • Project Time
  • Strong understanding of Workforce Management processes.
  • Experience integrating OTL with Payroll, Projects and Finance.
  • Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation experience.

Preferred

  • Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
  • Experience with Project Costing/PPM integration.
  • Oracle Cloud certification.
  • Experience in large enterprise implementations.
