Summary

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with strong expertise in both Finance and Supply Chain modules, along with proven Project Management experience.

Required Skills:

Oracle Fusion Financials: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management
Oracle Fusion SCM: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Supply Planning, Manufacturing
End-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation experience
Requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
Stakeholder management and business process transformation
Project planning, risk management, status reporting, and vendor coordination
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, and BI Publisher is a plus

Nice to Have

Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, Healthcare, or Supply Chain-intensive industries.
Experience with Finance and Supply Chain transformation initiatives.
Exposure to AI-enabled ERP solutions and process automation.

Qualifications:

10+ years of Oracle ERP experience
5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance & SCM experience
Multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations
Strong communication and leadership skills

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, leading Oracle Fusion Finance and SCM initiatives from design through go-live.
