Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, Oracle Fusion Analytics - Finance (OTC & PTP) to lead the design, delivery, and governance of analytics and reporting across core Finance functions. The role focuses on Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and translates business needs into decision-ready insights built on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and its analytics ecosystem, including Fusion Analytics Warehouse / Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), OTBI, and BI Publisher. This techno-functional role leans 60% functional and 40% technical and partners with Finance, IT, and data engineering to establish trusted metrics and dashboards. The position is onsite in Nashville, TN or New York, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the analytics and reporting roadmap for OTC and PTP within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- Translate Finance requirements into scalable data models, dashboards, and self-service reporting using FDI, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- Define a single source of truth for OTC and PTP metrics and maintain KPI standards, semantic definitions, and data governance.
- Deliver OTC analytics across credit, billing/invoicing, collections, cash application, deductions/disputes, and revenue; configure metrics such as DSO, aging, CEI, disputes, write-offs, and billing accuracy.
- Partner with AR, Credit, and Collections leaders to surface insights and support cash-flow forecasting.
- Deliver PTP analytics across requisitions, POs, receipts, invoice processing, approvals, and payments; configure metrics such as DPO, invoice cycle time, touchless rates, on-time payment, early-payment discounts, and duplicate-payment risk.
- Partner with AP, Procurement, and Sourcing leaders to improve spend visibility, supplier performance, and payment optimization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop analysts and report developers; set priorities and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Analysts will support this role, though not as direct reports.
- Act as liaison between Finance process owners, IT/ERP teams, and data engineering; lead requirements sessions and manage a prioritized backlog.
- Promote data literacy and self-service adoption across Finance while reducing manual and ad hoc reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 7+ years in finance analytics, business intelligence, or ERP reporting, including 2+ years in a leadership or team-lead capacity.
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP analytics: Fusion Analytics Warehouse / Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- Functional knowledge of OTC and PTP processes and Oracle Fusion data for AR, AP, Procurement, and GL subledgers.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling; dashboard and data visualization best practices.
- Ability to translate Finance requirements into analytics solutions and present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion implementations, upgrades, or analytics migrations.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as OCI, Snowflake, or Azure and ETL/integration tools.
- Knowledge of working-capital optimization and finance transformation initiatives.
- Relevant Oracle certifications, e.g., Oracle Fusion Analytics or Cloud ERP.
- Experience supporting month-end close, controllership, or FP&A reporting.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to cloud data platforms and modern integration patterns.
- Experience driving self-service analytics adoption within Finance.
Role Logistics:
- Onsite locations: 330 Commerce Street, Nashville, TN (preferred) or 1515 Broadway, New York, NY.
- Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with flexibility to support Budapest as needed.
- Travel: Occasional to key office locations; domestic and possible Budapest.
