Role Overview

eNGINE is seeking an Oracle Fusion ERP & PPM Support Analyst to support a growing Oracle Fusion Cloud environment. This is a highly visible production support role that blends functional expertise, technical troubleshooting, reporting, testing, and business partnership.

 

The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, with Oracle BI Publisher serving as a core requirement. You''ll own Level 2 and Level 3 production support tickets, develop and maintain complex reports, troubleshoot functional issues, and work closely with Finance and business stakeholders to improve business processes across Oracle Fusion.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports using Oracle BI Publisher.
  • Respond to complex production issues, troubleshoot root causes, and deliver timely resolutions.
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Project Management, and business stakeholders to support day-to-day ERP operations.
  • Support Oracle Fusion modules including Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Account Reconciliation.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial processing by investigating ERP issues and supporting critical business functions.
  • Perform functional analysis, testing, validation, and configuration support for system enhancements and production fixes.
  • Create ad hoc reports and reporting solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations, data quality initiatives, and system improvements.
  • Document support procedures, business processes, and reporting requirements.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve system performance, reporting capabilities, and user experience.

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP in a production environment.
  • Expert-level experience developing reports with Oracle BI Publisher (required).
  • Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
  • Strong functional knowledge of AP, AR, General Ledger, Project Accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Experience managing Level 2 and Level 3 ERP production support tickets.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Experience performing system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production validation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with Finance leadership, business users, and technical teams.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

 

Preferred Experience

  • Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) experience.
  • Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) or Enterprise Planning.
  • Strong understanding of financial close and month-end processes.
  • Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Projects, Project Costing, and Project Billing.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion integrations and reporting architecture.
  • Experience identifying process improvements and driving operational efficiencies.
  • Previous experience supporting enterprise financial systems in a large corporate environment.
