4+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft Administration experience in enterprise environments.
Experience with installation, configuration, maintenance, cloning, refreshes, patching, and production support.
Strong knowledge of PSADMIN, Tuxedo, WebLogic, Process Scheduler, Integration Gateway, and PeopleSoft Search Framework.
Experience with PeopleTools upgrades, PUM, DPK, Change Assistant, migrations, and deployments.
Strong Unix/Linux, shell scripting, Oracle SQL, performance tuning, and batch/job scheduling experience.
Experience with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Kibana, BI Publisher, nVision, and Report Manager.
Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft security, LDAP/SSO, user provisioning, roles, and permission lists.
Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, disaster recovery, backups, and L2/L3 production support.

Healthcare domain experience is a plus.
