- Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements
- Experience facilitating requirements workshops and solution elaboration sessions
- Experience creating functional specifications, process flows, and user stories
- Experience supporting SIT and UAT
- Experience with PeopleSoft integrations and external applications
- Understanding of APIs, web services, middleware platforms, and data interfaces
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

- Gather and document business requirements
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements elaboration activities
- Develop functional specifications, business process flows, and user stories
- Collaborate with development teams to define and validate solutions
- Perform impact analysis and requirements traceability
- Develop test scenarios and support SIT/UAT execution
- Manage defect triage and validate resolutions
- Support deployment planning, training, and change management activities
- Work with cross-functional business and technical teams
- Support supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, and inventory management processes
