Job role- Physical Security Operations Leader

Duration- 6+ Months Contract

Job Summary-

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the technical lead across physical security projects (design ? deployment ? closeout)
Lead site surveys, system design, and technical documentation
Oversee installation, integration, and field execution, providing real-time guidance
Partner with PMO on scheduling, risk management, and delivery milestones
Act as escalation lead during critical implementation events
Ensure quality, standards, and successful client outcomes across all deployments
Mentor engineers and elevate technical consistency and delivery excellence

What You BringExperience

10+ years in physical security systems (design, integration, implementation)
Proven leadership across enterprise or multi-site deployments
Experience working with PMO, field teams, and supply chain
Strong background in technical oversight and escalation support Technical Expertise
Access Control: Lenel, Genetec, C-CURE, AMAG, Honeywell (or similar)
Video Systems: Milestone, Avigilon, Genetec, Axis
Intrusion Detection platforms and integrations
Networking fundamentals (IP, VLANs, PoE) Skills
Strong communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
Highly organized; able to manage multiple concurrent projects
Calm and decisive in high-pressure situations
Collaborative mindset with PMO and cross-functional teams
