Job Description:
We are seeking a Contractor for Product Analytics to immediately restore and enhance digital analytics capabilities across mobile apps, web experiences, loyalty, commerce, and global digital products.
This role will serve as the analytical engine for the Digital Product and Marketing teams — owning tracking, dashboards, insights, and attribution modeling to measure digital performance, adoption, and business impact. This position is critical due to gaps left by the departure of previous analytics support, and the contractor will restore, stabilize, and scale these capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rebuild and own GA4 tagging, Segment event tracking, and tracking governance across apps and web, including international tagging
- Maintain documentation for events, parameters, schemas, and naming conventions
- Re-establish measurement for digital adoption metrics: loyalty usage, Boutique redemption, Academy consumption, digital ordering behavior, multi-touch segments
- Restore and manage the Digital Macro Dashboard with weekly/monthly reporting
- Build and maintain order attribution models across in-app, web, CRM, paid media, and promotions
- Measure incremental revenue uplift from product features and interventions
- Conduct funnel, retention, and cohort analyses; produce touchpoint/segment analyses to identify high-LTV users
- Partner with Product on A/B test design and measurement (upsell pop-ups, retention prompts, campaigns)
- Manage Google Search Console, SEO reporting, and organic search health
- Support marketing with GA4 campaign reporting and cross-channel attribution
- Deliver fast-turnaround, ad hoc analyses for leadership and product launches
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years in product analytics, digital analytics, or growth analytics
- Strong hands-on expertise with GA4, Segment, Snowflake, Mixpanel, and Tableau
- Fluent in SQL; comfortable with event-level datasets
- Proven experience building instrumentation plans and data governance frameworks
- Experience measuring digital adoption, product usage, and feature performance
- Experience building multi-channel attribution models
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Search Console, and web analytics
- Ability to independently prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate insights into action
Preferred Skills:
- Mobile app analytics experience
- Background in loyalty, commerce, or B2B2C digital experiences
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and uplift modeling
