Pay Range: $44 - $54/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the cleanup and optimization of over 3,300 Workday reports, including identifying duplicates, improving tagging and organization, and establishing reporting governance.
  • Support complex, custom, and composite reporting needs, providing advanced insights and data solutions.
  • Review, recommend, and implement best practices for HR data governance, security, access, and consumption.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand reporting requirements, challenge existing processes, and suggest improvements.
  • Mentor and upskill the current analytics team, sharing best practices and technical expertise.
  • Assist in integrating Workday data with external and legacy systems, including SAP and Redshift, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
  • Analyze workforce, employee, HR product, and operational data.
  • Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
  • Develop KPIs, metrics, scorecards, and product measurement frameworks.
  • Build and maintain Power BI/Tableau dashboards and reports.
  • Analyze HR product adoption, utilization, performance, and business outcomes.
  • Use SQL and analytical techniques to solve complex business problems.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable analytical and reporting solutions.
  • Establish data definitions, business rules, reporting standards, and governance practices. Identify and resolve data quality and integrity issues.
  • Partner with HR Technology, Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
  • Perform testing, validation, reconciliation, and QA of analytical solutions.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Improve reporting automation and self-service analytics capabilities.
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote analytics best practices.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Workforce Analytics, HR Data Analytics, or a closely related field.
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in Workday reporting and Analytics, including complex and custom reports, with a focus on current expertise.
  • Must have a deep hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics
  • Strong technical data skills, including data extraction, cleansing, manipulation from multiple sources like SAP, Redshift, and external systems.
  • Advanced experience with Power BI, Tableau, or another enterprise BI platform.
  • Experience analyzing HR/workforce data.
  • Experience with HRIS/HCM systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, or PeopleSoft.
  • Strong SQL experience.
  • Knowledge of data quality, governance, reporting standards, and data definitions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and executive reporting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • HR Product Analytics experience.
  • Product performance/adoption analytics.
  • Enterprise HR technology experience.
  • Experience creating analytical measurement frameworks.
  • Experience automating reporting and enabling self-service analytics.
  • Experience presenting data insights to senior leadership.
  • Experience mentoring other analysts.
