Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst – Business Intelligence & Analytics to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for entry level candidates and early-career professionals interested in building a career in data analytics and business intelligence.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of SQL, Excel, data analysis, and data visualization, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks.
Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for business stakeholders.
Track KPIs and assist with performance analysis.
Translate business requirements into analytical reports and solutions.
Identify data inconsistencies and work with relevant teams to resolve issues.
Support senior analysts with data analysis and reporting activities.
Present findings and insights to team members and business stakeholders.
Assist with improving and automating recurring reporting processes.
Required Skills
0–2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or a related field.
Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
Understanding of data analysis and visualization concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
Work Authorization
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Work Environment
This is an onsite position and requires employees to work from the designated office location.
