Summary

Job Title:- Product Owner

Location:- Remote

Duration:- Contract

Role Summary
The Product Owner will lead product delivery initiatives for a client. The candidate must be comfortable working directly with business leaders, executive stakeholders, technical teams, and
distributed onshore/offshore delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the product backlog.
Gather, clarify, and prioritize business requirements.
Convert business requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
Define acceptance criteria and ensure requirements are understood by delivery teams.
Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, product demonstrations, and release planning.
Coordinate with business, technology, data, and operations teams.
Manage dependencies, risks, priorities, and delivery expectations.
Provide clear updates to client stakeholders and executive leadership.
Support multiple Agile scrum teams where required.
Ensure the delivered solution meets business and customer experience objectives.

Required Experience

Strong experience working as a Product Owner in an enterprise environment.
Experience leading client-facing initiatives.
Strong Agile and Scrum delivery experience.
Ability to work independently with senior and executive stakeholders.
Experience managing or coordinating distributed onshore/offshore teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to join the project and contribute immediately.

Preferred Experience

Healthcare payer or health insurance experience.
Experience supporting customer experience, digital transformation, healthcare operations, or related programs.
Product Owner certification such as CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
