Role – Project Analyst / Coordinator
Location: Denver, CO (Day 1 Onsite)
Skill Set: Programme delivery, RAID & reporting
Key responsibilities:
• Maintain the detailed programe schedule, dependencies and milestone tracking on the Program Manager''s behalf.
• Act as a scrum master for the delivery team: facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, and maintain the backlog in Jira.
• Track and remove impediments, escalating to the Program Manager where they cannot be cleared at team level.
• Maintain the RAID log, action log, and decision log, chasing owners for updates ahead of governance meetings.
• Prepare the weekly status pack, resource utilization reporting, and milestone tracking inputs.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions across the governance cadence.
• Manage timesheet collection and support T&M budget tracking inputs.
• Maintain programme documentation in the approved Client collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira) and notify stakeholders when deliverables are submitted for review.
Required qualifications and experience:
• 4+ years as a project analyst, project coordinator, PMO analyst or scrum master on enterprise technology programmes.
• Demonstrated scrum master experience facilitating ceremonies for a technical delivery team.
• Strong hands-on capability with Jira and Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence.
• Proven RAID, action, and decision log discipline.
• Strong scheduling and tracking skills; able to maintain a plan with real dependencies rather than a static task list.
• Clear written communication and comfort chasing senior stakeholders for inputs.
• Integration experience between multiple systems like Data, workday etc.
Preferred qualifications
• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent agile certification.
• Prior experience supporting data platform or analytics programmes.
• Experience supporting T&M budget tracking and utilization reporting.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
