HR Strategy & Projects Analyst
Location: Irvine, CA (onsite)
Contract: 4+ Month

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Strategy & Projects Analyst to support a large-scale job architecture and job description validation initiative. This role will partner closely with HR and business leaders to collect, organize, validate, and maintain job documentation while ensuring project milestones are met.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong project coordination, administrative, or HR support experience who enjoys managing documentation, coordinating meetings, and keeping projects on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and maintain a comprehensive inventory of job titles, grades, departments, reporting structures, and incumbents.
- Collect, organize, and review job descriptions while identifying missing, outdated, duplicate, or inconsistent documentation.
- Coordinate meetings with business leaders to facilitate job description review and validation. Prepare meeting materials, track action items, and follow up on outstanding requests.
- Maintain project documentation, version control, and organized filing systems. Track project progress, completion metrics, and validation status.
- Support organizational chart reviews and reporting relationship verification.
- Provide administrative and project coordination support throughout the job architecture initiative.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor''s degree preferred.
- Minimum one year of administrative, project coordination, or related experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, document management, and time management skills. High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Human Resources projects or initiatives. Experience maintaining documentation, project trackers, or databases. Previous experience coordinating meetings with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with organizational charts, job descriptions, or HR documentation is a plus.

Pay Transparency: "The expected pay range for this position is $22.00–$25.00 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, 401(k) without employer match. Paid Sick leave is provided based on state or local laws."
