Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Project Management Communications Expert to coordinate and successfully deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, financial analysis, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for successful project execution.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and requirements with relevant stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
Monitor and track project progress, performance, costs, and schedules.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget using appropriate processes.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, internal teams, and vendors.
Conduct client meetings to gather requirements and clarify project expectations.
Track short-term and long-term project goals and deliverables.
Monitor financial performance and make adjustments based on budgetary requirements and financial analysis.
Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to management and stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans and supporting documentation.
Create and maintain spreadsheets, diagrams, process maps, and project documentation.
Ensure effective communication across project teams and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
PMP Certification is required/preferred.
Proven professional experience in Project Management.
Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Experience with financial analysis and budget management.
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder communication skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience creating project plans, spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.
Strong project management communication skills.
